Why did you choose UVA? The culture of the program is incredible. Everyone in the ORs is so nice to work with and the program leadership really values resident education and wellbeing. The breadth and acuity of cases at UVA are second to none, and I know I’ll be able to do whatever I want or need as an attending after finishing residency here.
