Karen E. Singh, MD, FASE

Dr. Singh specializes in the care of patients undergoing cardiothoracic anesthesia, as well as performing and teaching perioperative TEE and point-of-care cardiac ultrasound. She is interested in improving the care of cardiac surgery patients at UVA, and is involved in ERAS and blood conservation in cardiac surgery. She serves on the ERACS committee, Society of Cardiovascular Anesthesiologists.
