Making a Gift<\/h2>\n

Below is the list of funds with descriptions that are held at the Medical School Foundation:<\/em><\/p>\n

\u00a0 *\u00a0\u00a0 Department of Anesthesiology Endowment – Income from the fund shall be used to support the operations of the department<\/h4>\n

\u00a0 *\u00a0\u00a0 Sean & Terry Yemen Pediatric Anesthesiology Resident Education Fund – Income from the fund shall be used to support the education of residents.<\/h4>\n

\u00a0 *\u00a0\u00a0 Thomas Gal, MD Lectureship – Income from the Fund shall be used to support an annual, distinguished lecturer in the field of Anesthesiology.<\/h4>\n

\u00a0 *\u00a0\u00a0 Department of Anesthesiology Research Endowment Fund – Income from the fund shall be used to provide research support for unfunded Department research endeavors.<\/h4>\n

Your gift can be unrestricted or designated for a specific purpose.\u00a0 You may wish to add to the endowments for one of our already established professorships, lectureships, or our new Celebration of Research.<\/p>\n

John C. Rowlingson Pain Lecture Series – <\/strong>Donations can be made directly to department for this fund<\/em><\/p>\n

A gift from one of Dr. Rowlingson’s patients allowed the department to establish an annual lecture in the area of pain management. The inaugural lecture was held in 2013, and delivered by James Rathmell, MD, of Massachusetts General Hospital. Donald C. Manning, MD, delivered the last lecture.\u00a0 Future lectures are in the process of being planned.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
