We hosted around 30 high school students at the first event where UVA medical students and Alice Mooney served as our model volunteers. Instructors were Dr. Josh Roach, Dr. Melissa Byrne, Dr. Christian Renwick, Michelle Dawson, and Avani Jain. The high schoolers were able to perform echo on the models with the instructors\u2019 guidance. They asked a lot of great questions and it was a great time! The second event was a collaborative event between UVA Anesthesiology, <a href=\"https:\/\/med.virginia.edu\/surgery\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Surgery<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/med.virginia.edu\/pathology\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Pathology<\/a>, and the <a href=\"https:\/\/bgclubcva.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Boys &amp; Girls Club of Central Virginia<\/a>. We hosted students for a series of workshops in which they practiced intubation, CPR, stitching, and organ identification.
