He earned his mental health professional certification while working with teens at the VIA Centers for Neurodevelopment. He then went on to work in community mental health as an in-home clinician for children with severe behavioral challenges. While completing his master\u2019s degree, Ian contributed to research projects on social perceptions of intellectual\/developmental disability, predictors of aggressive and antisocial behavior in young men, and genetic and environmental influences on cognitive performance. Ian joined CBHT in the spring of 2025.
