This research initiative supports pilot studies focused on brain metastases as part of the Brain Metastases Research Collaborative (BMETS-RC) at UVACCC. This funding opportunity is intended to catalyze novel translational, clinical, population, or basic science research that can lead to extramural funding and address key gaps in the understanding, diagnosis, or treatment of brain metastases.
Award: Up to $25,000 (direct costs only) for a one-year award
Eligibility: Applicants must have a faculty position at UVA. Early-stage investigators are strongly encouraged to apply. Cross-programmatic collaborations are encouraged.
