\nJaneen develops systems and processes necessary for the recruitment, tracking, planning, and execution of projects. She contributes to the development of relevant project proposals and budgets and recommends approval of them to research executives before submission to research sponsors. She analyzes short-term and long-term resource needs and works with research executives, including faculty and principle investigators to plan staffing and resources appropriately. Janeen ensures completion of deliverables and adherence to timelines and tracks milestones across projects, and institutes necessary workflow, personnel, and financial resource allocations. She works with financial executives, and assists with the evaluation of the financial performance of projects assigned. Additionally, she analyzes and resolves issues that have the potential to jeopardize performance and success of projects assigned. Janeen proactively identifies changes in work scope and ensures appropriate planning measures are taken with internal research executives and research sponsors to reassess, re-determine financial budgets, and amend scope of work responsibilities, proposals, timelines and project milestones.<\/p>\n
\nJaneen is an energetic life-long learner and enjoys collaboration. \u00a0She is fueled by a positive attitude and tireless energy. Janeen is inspired daily by her husband, Frank and their family Logan, Alice and Adam.
