And then choose alternative foods to diminish that blood glucose rise and sustained rise,\u201d Cox said. \u201cSo you learn how to control your blood glucose, literally.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Cox says there are three objectives for these trials: \u201cOne is to improve their metabolic control. Two is to put their diabetes in remission, so they go from the status of a person with diabetes to a person without diabetes.
