POSTER SESSION<\/h2>\n

DEADLINE<\/strong> for submitting abstracts for poster session: Friday,<\/strong> March 22, 2019, noon.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Participants will be informed on or around April 10th <\/strong>if they should prepare their submission as an oral or\u00a0poster presentation.<\/p>\n

A brochure with a detailed schedule of posters & presentations will be available in early May, 2019.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Research & Scholars Day 2015<\/p><\/div>\n

  • retrospective studies<\/li>\n
  • prospective studies<\/li>\n
  • clinical trials<\/li>\n
  • inventions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
    \n

    Requirements<\/h3>\n
      \n
    1. Participation in the poster session requires submission of an abstract. Abstracts must be submitted no later than noon on March 22, 2019.<\/strong><\/li>\n
    2. Only one poster per presenter is allowed.<\/li>\n
    3. We are unable to accommodate oversized posters. Poster dimensions may not exceed 4′ wide by\u00a0up to 7′ tall<\/strong>. Poster boards will be set up “refrigerator” style (4′ wide by up to 7′ tall).<\/li>\n
    4. Each poster will be assigned a number and\u00a0a poster board location.<\/li>\n
    5. Presenter is responsible for ensuring his\/her poster is delivered and affixed to the poster board.<\/li>\n
    6. T-pins will be available at the registration desk.<\/li>\n
    7. Poster set-up is between 8:00 – 9:00 am on the day of the event.<\/li>\n
    8. Poster session takes place from 4:00 – 5:30 pm on the event day. Presenters must be stationed by their posters and available to discuss them during this time.<\/li>\n
    9. Posters<\/strong> must be removed between 5:30\u00a0pm and 6:00 pm<\/strong> on the day of the event. Any posters remaining at the end of the day will be discarded.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
