Description/learning objectives:
The goal of this workshop is to explore evidence-based approaches to navigating conflict in your immediate work group while sustaining collaboration and psychological safety. Panelists will share some of their own learning experiences that taught them how to navigate this issue.
By the end of the session, participants will
- Recognize common conflict patterns within their clinical and/or research teams
- Apply restorative dialogue principles
- Identify institutional tools and support for mediation
- Reframe conflict as a driver for innovation and collaboration
