Research Description
Our research centers on uncovering the molecular mechanisms and physiological roles of transporters and ion channels, with a particular emphasis on Ca2+ transport proteins in mitochondria. To address these questions, we employ a diverse array of techniques, including membrane biochemistry, electrophysiology, cryo-electron microscopy, and animal models, among others.
