We use genetic, immunological, molecular and cellular approaches to dissect the molecular processes of protein folding quality control and to produce new insights into disease pathogenesis. We have made significant contributions in the fields of ERAD in health and disease while maintaining a high standard of excellence at the levels of both individual scientist and whole laboratory.
