Each awardee will receive $750 to support conference attendance.
Lucia Wagner will attend the Wellcome Single Cell Biology Conference (June 10-12), a global forum to be held on the Wellcome Genome Campus in the UK. Poster title: A Systems Genetics Approach to Identifying Novel Targets for Osteoanabolic Therapies.
Patrick Hart will attend American Heart Association’s Vascular Discovery 2026: From Genes to Medicine (May 13-16) in Bellevue, Washington. Poster titles: (1) Multi-omic analysis of histologically defined coronary artery calcification; and (2) Genetic colocalization of CAD, T1D, and T2D traits to identify shared and unique disease effectors.
