The goal of his proposed project, titled &#8220;Quantitative Modeling for Chromatin Regulation of Gene Expression in Cancer&#8221;, is to design quantitative models and algorithms for studying dynamic regulation of gene expression in human cancer by integrating genome-wide chromatin profiling next-generation sequencing data. The grant starts September 1, 2017 and will last for three years.
