Traineeship Registration Information–5 Day program
Prior to registering, please make sure you have reviewed all of the traineeship information (including all webpages, as well as the payment and refund information listed below)
Program Registration Fee: $1000 USD
Colleagues at fellow Morrison accounts receive a $50 discount. A meal card worth $7.50 will be provided each day for lunch. Dinner, parking, lodging and transportation are on your own
To secure a spot in the program, a non-refundable $300 deposit is required. The deposit will be deducted from your registration fee. The remainder of the tuition ($700) will be due 2 months prior to the program start date. All payments must be made in USD.
To Reserve a Space: Please email Stacey McCray at firstname.lastname@example.org to confirm availability. To reserve a space in the program, please submit a completed registration form and a $300 deposit.
If paying by check: Make check payable to Morrison Healthcare and Mail to: UVA Nutrition Services, Attn: Nutrition Support Traineeship, UVA Health System, Box 800673, Charlottesville, VA 22908
If paying by credit card: Email Registration form to Stacey McCray at email@example.com, you will be sent instructions to complete your payment by credit card.
Refund Policy: If you cancel more than one month in advance of the program start date and we are able to fill the slot, we will refund the $700 ($300 deposit is non-refundable). Unfortunately, we will not be able to give refunds for cancellations less than one month prior to the program, as we would not be able to fill the spot in that short time. Alternate participants are accepted.
Once your registration is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email. Approximately 6-8 weeks prior to your session, you will receive a pre-program survey to complete.
