2017 Lead@ evaluations

The School of Medicine’s 2017 performance evaluations (covering July 1, 2016-June 30, 2017) should now be well underway. By the end of August 2017, all evaluations classified and University Staff, as well as A&P faculty, should be in step 7. If you need assistance, including bypassing interim review steps (3 and 4), please contact a member of your HR team.

**Employees in their probationary period should continue to use the probationary form generated in Lead@. Steps 1 and 2 should be completed in the first 30 days of employment, and the interim evaluation steps (3 and 4) completed at the six-month mark. Probationary evaluations will automatically freeze until the eleven-month mark when step 5 will reopen for completion by the end of the twelve month probationary period.
