General Information

We are delighted you will be presenting at the conference. The lecture hall will have a computer, projector and screen, as well as a microphone.

We recommend formatting presentations in the 16:9 widescreen ratio.  The projectors is HD formatted and would look best in the 16:9 ratio.  The following is a blog post with some helpful tips to think about when creating PowerPoint presentations to ensure they look their best when projected.
