There is a fee for A\/V support for events schedules in the Pinn Hall Conference Center<\/p>\n

Using any A\/V equipment in the classrooms below requires the assistance of the PHCC A\/V Tech.<\/em><\/p>\n

M-F from 7:30am-5pm,\u00a0<\/em>Sat-Sun Assistance is required and can be provided upon request<\/em><\/p>\n

A\/V Support before 7:30am or after 5pm is available M-F with a two hr. minimum @ $58.00 per hr.<\/p>\n

PHCC Auditorium-<\/strong> $58.00 (per hour, from the time of set-up, until your program concludes M-F)<\/p>\n

Classrooms-\u00a0<\/strong>$58.00 (A\/V set-up 1\/2hr prior to start time, leave room, then tear down M-F)<\/p>\n

A\/V Equipment for Room G1 & G2, Mr-1 ,2abc, Auditorium<\/h2>\n

All classrooms have a DLP projector capable of WXGA 1280 by 800 native resolution<\/p>\n

All Classrooms can either be supplied with a Windows Pc laptop or Macbook w\/wireless Internet<\/p>\n

Podium Microphone or wireless lapel microphone<\/p>\n

Program Audio for playing videos to your audience throughout each classroom<\/p>\n

Laser Pointer and a Wireless remote for slide advancement<\/p>\n

Wireless Internet<\/h2>\n

Pinn Hall Wireless Technology is provided by Information Technology Services<\/em><\/p>\n

Wireless For\u00a0Health System Imaged Computers is available<\/strong> by requesting temporary Local PC Administrator Rights in advance of your conference date from Health Information Technology Services <\/a>under Local PC Admin Rights prior too downloading the UVA’s Encrypted Cavalier Wireless Network using the UVA Network Setup Tool download<\/a><\/p>\n

Payment for A\/V Service<\/h2>\n
