Billing policies<\/em><\/h2>\n

Late Arrival<\/strong><\/em><\/h3>\n
On all instruments, users are charged from the beginning of their reservation time. This means that if you are late you will be charged<\/strong> for the time between your scheduled start and your actual arrival.<\/em><\/div>\n
\n

Cancellation\/No-Show<\/strong><\/em><\/h3>\n<\/div>\n
No-shows\u00a0will incur\u00a0usage fees for the entire reservation, including assistance\u00a0(if\u00a0requested).<\/em><\/div>\n
Cancellation deadlines are\u00a0three<\/strong>\u00a0full working days before the start of any sorting appointment and assisted appointments,\u00a0and\u00a0one<\/strong>\u00a0full working day before any other FlowCore appointment or\u00a0you will be charged.<\/strong> You must cancel your appointment in\u00a0iLab<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0by these deadlines.<\/em><\/div>\n
Cancellations made after the deadlines are considered late and may incur full usage fees, like a no-show. \u00a0If someone else schedules and uses your canceled time, you will not be charged for that time. If no one else schedules or uses the time slot, you will be charged full usage fees for your late cancellation.<\/em><\/div>\n

Instrument\/Equipment Damage and Misuse<\/strong><\/em><\/h3>\n

Any instrument\/equipment damages from negligence or misuse resulting in extended instrument downtime and\/or need for outside service will incur full cost of repair.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

\n

Billing Period<\/strong><\/em><\/h3>\n<\/div>\n

Facility users are billed every month for hourly usage.<\/em><\/p>\n

Hours of Operation<\/strong><\/em><\/h3>\n<\/div>\n

9 am – 5:00 pm<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0 Monday-Friday<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

After Hours Access<\/strong><\/em><\/h3>\n

Trained and experienced users who have accumulated 20 hours of usage during normal business hours (9am-5pm Monday – Friday) may also request use of the instruments outside of the Core’s staffed hours.\u00a0 The first time a user requests such an appointment, prior approval must be given by the core manager Mike Solga<\/strong>.\u00a0 This initial request must be made at least\u00a03<\/strong>\u00a0working days before the appointment.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n
