21th Annual Woods Hole Immunoparasitology Meeting

Tajie, Carleigh, Jeremy, Sam and Kate attended the Woods Hole Immunoparasitology (WHIP) conference April 2-5, 2017. Carleigh, Sam and Kate had a chance to give a talk and all of them submitted posters as well.

At the Woods Hole Immunoparasitology Meeting Kate received the best talk and best imaging award for her talk “ IL-33 is required for a protective myeloid cell response to T. gondii infection in brain”. Congrats Kate!

Alban Gaultier and Ioana Marin find new way to reverse depressive symptoms

Alban Gaultier and Ioana Marin have discovered a fascinating new use for Lactobacillus, a probiotic found in live-culture yogurt: reversing depressive symptoms and in a larger sense, highlighting a link between mental health and gut. Celia McKee publishes in Frontiers in Immunology

John Lukens selected for editorial board

Sam and Kate awarded Training Grants!
