Our program sponsors the J-1 visa, so international medical school graduates must be eligible for ECFMG certification before matriculation and demonstrate spoken and written English proficiency.<\/p>\n<h3>A Complete Application Consists of:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>ERAS application<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Medical school transcript<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>USMLE transcript (only scores at 210 or higher and passed on the first attempt will be considered)<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Standardized Gyn Onc SLOE<\/strong>\u00a0includes notable accomplishments, procedural skills, patient care and summary statements.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Standardized Residency PD\/Supervisor SLOE<\/strong>\u00a0includes notable accomplishments, communication skills, leadership and teamwork observations, teaching skills and commitment to personal growth, and summary statements.<\/li>\n<li><strong><u>Three (3) total letters of recommendation<\/u><\/strong>, 2 of which require a SLOE form.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Personal statement<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Medical school performance of evaluation (Dean&#8217;s letter)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Once your application is submitted, please email one PDF document to include all your CREOG scores to\u00a0 <a href=\"mailto:svk3we@virginia.edu\">svk3we@virginia.edu<\/a><\/p>\n<h3><b>Important Dates for 2024:\u00a0<\/b><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>April 28, 2024<\/strong>\u2014deadline for applications to be included in the first notification<\/li>\n<li><strong>May 20, 2024<\/strong>\u2014single notification date for interviews<\/li>\n<li><strong>May 28, 2024<\/strong>\u2014initial deadline to accept or decline interviews<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Important Matching Dates for 2024:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Match opens: June 26, 2024<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Ranking Opens: July 17, 2024<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Quota Deadline: August 21, 2024<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Ranking closes: September 11, 2024<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Match Day: September 25, 2024<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>As a fellow, you are an employee of the House Staff of the University of<br \/>\nVirginia.
