The University of Virginia Health System in beautiful Charlottesville, Virginia, is accepting applications for two one-year fellowship positions in Adult Reconstruction.\u00a0 Two centuries ago, Thomas Jefferson established the nation’s tenth medical school, which has since grown into a nationally renowned academic medical center committed to providing outstanding patient care, educating tomorrow’s health care leaders, and discovering better ways to treat musculoskeletal disease.<\/p>\n

This fellowship is accredited by the ACGME and has been critically reviewed to provide comprehensive training in the fields of pelvic and lower extremity osteotomy, primary and revision hip and knee arthroplasty, computer-assisted surgery, and minimally invasive surgery (MIS). The program has a strong commitment to research. Fellows are active participants in resident supervision and education and are encouraged to participate in clinical research.<\/p>\n

Candidates must be Board-certified or Board-eligible to sit for the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery Examination.<\/p>\n

The fellowship participates in the San Francisco Match program.<\/p>\n
