Click HereThe University of Virginia Health System Audiology Division offers 4th-year Audiology doctoral students a wide range of clinical experiences, including adult and pediatric assessment (behavioral and electrophysiological); cochlear implant evaluation, programming, and follow-up; intraoperative monitoring; hearing aid evaluation, programming, fitting, repair, and follow-up; auditory electrophysiology; vestibular evaluation and rehabilitation; and tinnitus evaluation and management, as well as the opportunity to work with patients that may be unique to an academic medical center with an active otology/neuro-otology practice.

• Completion of all university 4th-year academic and clinical prerequisites
• Successful completion of Praxis exam (preferred)
• Clinical competency in basic audiologic assessment and intervention
• Clinical experience with adult and pediatric populations
• Clinical initiative and strong desire to further education and knowledge in the field of audiology
