Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Pediatric Consultation Service

Child Psychiatric Consultations and Liaison activities are provided at the Kluge Children’s Rehabilitation Center (KCRC) Hospital (all ages) as well as the Pediatric and Child Neurology Units at the UVA Medical Center (ages 13 and under). Frequent consultation diagnoses include traumatic brain injury, depression, anxiety, post traumatic stress disorder, behavioral problems, and adjustment disorders. Ward consultation requests should be telephoned to 434-243-6950 during work hours, and referred to the Child Psychiatry Fellow On Call after hours and weekends.
