Radiology and Medical Imaging

The University of Virginia Department of Radiology & Medical Imaging offers two residency programs: a four-year ACCGME accredited program in Diagnostic Radiology, and a six-year integrated program in Interventional Radiology. Admission is highly competitive as our programs are two of the best in the country.

With eight subspecialties, those pursuing fellowships have the opportunity to pursue any aspect of diagnostic imaging and image-guided, minimally invasive, interventional and diagnostic techniques. Additionally, our department is a leader in Imaging Research, consistently ranking as one of the top-funded departments within the UVA School of Medicine.

Keats Alumni Society

The Keats Society is UVA Radiology’s alumni society. We provide a means for the social and scientific reunion of our current and former residents, fellows, and faculty. Most importantly, the Society's Educational Endowment Fund supports our current trainees by providing financial assistance that would otherwise not be available to expand and enhance their educational experience at UVA.
