Over 4 days, trainees and junior faculty their radiology research across topics ranging from basic science to clinical to educational.<\/p>\n<p>The department also awarded 5 winners among 4 categories: Best Overall, Best Basic Science, Best Clinical, and Best Educational. The Best Overall winner received $1000 to support travel and research expenses, while each category winner received $500.<\/p>\n<p>The winners were decided by judges and UVA Radiology faculty members <strong>Stuart Berr, P<\/strong><strong>hD<\/strong>; <strong>Klaus Hagspiel, MD<\/strong>; <strong>Arun Krishnaraj, MD, MPH<\/strong>; <strong>Jaime Mata, PhD<\/strong>; <strong>John Mugler, PhD<\/strong>; <strong>Joseph Rispoli, PhD<\/strong>; <strong>Alan Ropp, MD<\/strong>; and <strong>Mark Williams, PhD<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Below are the winners of the 2024 Radiology Research Week.
