We welcome students with research interest at the interface of chemistry, biomedical sciences, and bioengineering.\u00a0<em>Admitted students please contact us for rotation opportunities. Students who are interested in applying one of the graduate programs are\u00a0welcome to send inquiries. We particularly welcome applicants from disadvantaged backgrounds or underrepresented communities.<\/em><\/p>\n<h5 class=\"r\">Postdoctoral Researchers<\/h5>\n<p>We are always looking for talented postdoctoral researchers with expertise in protein engineering, fluorescence\/bioluminescence imaging, molecular and cell biology, and neurobiology to join our lab.<\/p>\n<h5>Undergraduate Students<\/h5>\n<p>We\u00a0welcome highly talented undergraduate students to contact us. Students who inquire should be willing in principle to commit to staying with our lab during the academic year until their graduation.\u00a0 Undergraduates will typically volunteer their first year, work for credit their second year, and next, pursue a senior-design project.\u00a0 Expected time commitments are 10-15 hours per week, preferably in blocks of 3-5 hours at a time.<\/p>\n<h5>High-school Students<\/h5>\n<p>There are research opportunities for highly talented high-school students.
