In the study presented by our own, Jennifer Korchak, she presents a targeted proteogenomic approach in which she utilizes our existing long-read proteogenomics pipeline to leverage the long-read RNA sequencing portion of the analysis and combines this with a method for targeted mass-spectrometry to identify candidates for functional studies.<\/p>\n
