Nourishing Resilience is an engaging, skills-based training designed for people who support behavior change, prevention, and whole-person health. If you’re a Diabetes Prevention Program Lifestyle Coach, Health and Wellness Coach, Registered Dietitian, or allied health professional, this program gives you practical tools to enhance your own resilience and strengthen the impact on those you work with.
Grounded in neuroscience, nutrition, mindfulness, and relational science, the program blends integrative research with embodied practice. You’ll learn to understand stress from the inside out, apply tools in real time, and translate insights into meaningful, sustainable action.
What You’ll Learn
Over seven interactive weeks, you’ll build a toolkit you can use immediately—personally and professionally. You will learn how to:
- Attune brain and body by identifying dominant brain states in both calm and stress
- Recognize stress patterns and uncover what drives reactivity or overwhelm
- Use five core brain-based tools to shift from stress toward clarity, regulation, and resilience
- Apply nutrition, relational strategies, and lifestyle practices that support neuroplasticity and well‑being
- Strengthen self‑regulation and co‑regulation skills essential for coaching, counseling, and clinical work
What others are saying…
“I highly recommend the Nourishing Resilience Essentials program. It gives you tools to check overwhelm and clearly see what’s driving your response to stress.”
