Patient Centered Programs

At the Virginia Center for Diabetes Prevention & Education we support diabetes education along with diabetes prevention programs in communities here in the state of Virginia as well as throughout the country.

We offer tele-health programming for those individuals living with diabetes or prediabetes.  Please check out our programming for patients and find what works best for you.
