Imaris 3D&4D Data Analysis
Overview
The Imaris 3D&4D Data Analysis Workshop lasts one day and will be held on March 28. The morning session features lectures covering concepts of image data analysis, fundamentals of Imaris and new features in Imaris 10, followed by live demonstrations in cell tracking, filament tracing, deconvolution, 3D rendering, stitching, batch processing, and quantitative feature extraction. The afternoon session consists of one-on-one image analysis sessions, hands-on operating activities of Imaris 10 to reinforce learning.
