Financial Aid

Notice: Adjustments to Operations: The Financial Aid Office is open. However, staff is rotating working remotely as part of the community effort to mitigate the risks associated with COVID-19. We remain fully available to assist students and their families. When possible, please contact us by email.

The UVA Office of Financial Aid strives to make medical school affordable for all students, regardless of their financial need. Our team is available to help students understand the various sources of assistance and help with applying for need-based aid. We also support UVA medical students, alumni, and residents with personal budgeting, debt management, student loan repayment, and comprehensive financial literacy education.
