The Office of Student Affairs supports students during medical school and into their careers. The Deans of Student Affairs provide personal, academic, and professional guidance for their students throughout all four years. We facilitate tutorial assistance, disability accommodations, certifications and scheduling and registrar functions. We provide career advising services and support all aspects of the residency match process. Our office organizes and participates in all major events such as orientation, White Coat Ceremony, Transition to Clinical Care, Match Day, and graduation.
Our office is located on the 3rd floor of the Claude Moore Medical Education Building and the Deans of Student Affairs are available at all times including nights and weekends.
