Financial Sponsorship

Please note, sponsorship for selected participants:

GME will pay for one room (room + tax only) for up to 2 nights (Friday & Saturday) in our event hotel (walking distance to the hospital). Once your financial sponsorship is confirmed, we will provide the link to the hotel’s registration. You will be asked to provide a personal credit card to cover incidentals and/or a no-show fee, but hotel rooms/fees/taxes will be directly paid for by UVA for approved participants.
