Congratulations to Dr. Kevin Pfister for his promotion to Full Professor effective July 1, 2016. Dr. Pfister is a nationally recognized expert on the motor protein dynein and how its subunit composition and post-translational modifications can target dynein to specific populations of organelles in the nervous system. Kevin joined the faculty of the Department of Cell Biology in 1990.
