- There is a fee to utilize the A/V for events scheduled in the PHCC
Fees
- Using any A/V equipment in the classrooms below requires the assistance of the PHCC A/V Tech.
- M-F from 7:30am-5:00pm, Sat-Sun Assistance is required and can be provided upon request
- A/V Support before 7:30am or after 5:00pm is available M-F with a two hr. minimum @ $58.00 per hr.
- PHCC Auditorium- $58.00 (per hour, from the time of set-up, until your program concludes M-F)
- Classrooms- $58.00 (A/V set-up 1/2hr prior to start time, leave room, then tear down M-F)
A/V Equipment for Room G1 & G2, Mr-1, 2abc, Auditorium
- All classrooms have a Crestron Digital Media Interface capable of HDMI native resolution for computer display
- All Classrooms have a DLP Projector, ceiling speakers, and can either be supplied with an ITS supported Windows PC laptop or Macbook
- All Classrooms have Podium, Microphone and one wireless Microphone
- All Classrooms except for Room 2abc have a camera in the back of the room for Zoom
- All Classrooms except for Room 2abc have a computer built in designed for using Zoom
Wireless Internet
WiFi is available to UVa’s encrypted eduroam
Guest wireless is also provided by connecting to UVA GUEST
WiFi For UVA Health System is also available throughout Pinn Hall & PHCC
Payment for A/V Service
- PTAO’S are required for payment of A/V services by all UVA & Health System Departments
- A Check is required for UVA Non Departmental Sponsored Continuing Med-Ed Events
