The Department of OBGYN, and it’s Division of Maternal-Fetal Medicine is honored to announce two recent faculty inductees,  Dr. Christopher Ennen and Dr. Robert Fuller into the Academy for Excellence in Education.

“The Academy for Excellence in Education was founded to create an inclusive learning community of educators and foster and honor educational excellence in the UVA School of Medicine. This community provides mentorship and networking as well as opportunities to connect with potential collaborators for program development and educational research/scholarly projects. Members can share their expertise as mentors or by leading professional development sessions for fellow educators. The Academy helps sponsor workshops/programs to further develop members’ competence in teaching and assessment, student/trainee advising, program development and evaluation, and other educator domains. Members can be considered for involvement in committees that guide the Academy and hold leadership roles on these committees. Finally, members may apply for internal educational grant funding and receive mentorship for career and academic advancement.”
