PGY4 Rotation/Call Schedule
Senior residents assume leadership of clinical teams and prepare for independent practice or fellowship. They refine their surgical proficiency and complex obstetric management. They supervise junior residents and medical students, coordinate clinical teams, and function with near-independent decision-making while remaining supported by faculty.
