Overview

The University of Virginia provides an outstanding training environment for students, post-docs, and clinical fellows. The following schools, centers, departments, and programs offer training opportunities that leverage focused ultrasound and cancer immunotherapy.

School of Medicine Education Programs. The University of Virginia School of Medicine’s “Education” page links to several useful sites, including School of Medicine Admissions, the Biomedical Sciences Graduate Program, and the Residency Program.

Department of Biomedical Engineering. Many trainees in the focused ultrasound cancer immunotherapy field are Biomedical Engineering graduate students. Information for prospective Biomedical Engineering graduate students is available here.
