Research Description
Dr. Lyman's research interests include physician order entry, data warehousing, informatics education, data modeling, clinical terminologies, and the application of standards in clinical informatics. In addition to other projects, he has been heavily involved in the collaborative efforts between UVas HES and Systems Engineering departments to explore the potential for multi-institutional approaches to the integration of clinical, biological, and demographic data.
