Combining my undergraduate studies in biology and computer science, I am interested to in designing and verifying genetically encoded protein sensors. My goal is to utilize machine learning tools, notably AlphaFold2, to enhance our understanding of sensor structures and identify specific sites within these sensors that can be modified for improved performance.
