Areas of Focus
Designed to improve outcomes by tailoring the programs to the individual user, our lab focuses on the feasibility of delivering individualized Internet interventions and continues developing innovative digital programs for insomnia, diabetes, cancer care, cognitive decline, sexual health, and others to treat today’s patients with the modern technology.
SHUTi (Sleep Healthy Using the Internet) is an Internet intervention developed to help adults with primary insomnia. The program is based on Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy for insomnia treatment.
