ME is a native smartphone app targeting issues related to mood. It is composed of core educational content related to understanding the causes, prevalence, and impact of depression and anxiety symptoms, as well as scientifically supported strategies for managing stress.
SHUTi: Sleep Healthy Using the Internet
SHUTi (Sleep Healthy Using the Internet) is an Internet intervention developed to help adults with insomnia. The program is based on Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy for insomnia. For detailed information on SHUTi, a complete list of trials, and more, click here.
Firefly
Firefly is an adaptation of SHUTi that is focused on healthy sleep for young teens.

Digital Micro Interventions (DMI)

SHINE
The Sexual Health and Intimacy Enhancement (SHINE) program is an online, self-directed intervention for cancer survivors coping with sexual concerns following breast cancer treatment. More information is available here.

The Electronic Surviving Cancer Competently Intervention Program (eSCCIP and eSCCIP in Spanish) supports parents and caregivers of children with cancer (PCCC) across the cancer trajectory.
MySmartSkin
MySmartSkin is a tailored, web-based intervention designed to promote skin self-examination (SSE) and sun protection behaviors among melanoma patients. Tailored interventions provide individuals with personalized information based on their unique attitudes, beliefs, and behaviors, and have been found to be more effective in promoting behavior change than generic interventions.
UV4.me
UV4.me was developed with the goal to improve the skin cancer protection behaviors (and potentially decrease skin cancer incidence) among young adults at moderate to high risk of developing skin cancer.
CWC-AID
Coping With Chemotherapy: An Internet Delivered program (CWC-AID) focuses on stress management training for chemotherapy patients, including progressive muscle relaxation training with guided imagery and systematic desensitization initiated after the start of treatment were effective in relieving nausea and emotional distress.
CancerCope
CancerCope is a web-based program designed to provide a range of tools and strategies to help survivors through their cancer journey by presenting multiple coping tools (understanding stress, managing worry, self-care, etc.) to improve self-efficacy and confidence.

bhoos is a native smartphone app targeting issues related to safe drinking for college students. It is composed of core educational content as well as a dynamic tool that tracks drinking over time.

Contraception and Alcohol Risk Reduction Internet Intervention (CARRII) is an Internet Intervention to reduce alcohol-exposed pregnancy (AEP) risk. The program is an adaptation of the evidence-based CHOICES intervention modified to maximize feasibility, appeal, and impact on an established internet intervention framework. Bump2Be
The Bump2Be intervention is an adaptation of Blood Glucose Awareness Training at Home developed specifically for women with Type 1 diabetes (T1DM) who are contemplating pregnancy or recently pregnant to better regulate their BG levels and to meet their diabetes-related clinical targets for pregnancy.

BGATHome
Blood Glucose Awareness Training at Home (BGATHome) is designed to help people improve their ability to recognize, anticipate, and prevent extreme fluctuations in blood glucose (BG) levels. It is based on the self-regulation theory of diabetes treatment, which emphasizes the need to provide people with the accurate information and “feedback” they need to do the complex task of managing their diabetes.
U-Can-Poop-Too
U-Can-Poop-Too is an Internet Intervention developed to help children with encopresis. The program is based on Enhanced Toilet Training, and emphasizes both the medical and behavioral aspects of treatment.

Migraine Manager is an Internet intervention to promote better self-management in adolescents with migraine and their families . It focuses on strategies and behaviors to reduce headache frequency, increase health-related quality of life, and reduce migraine-related disability.
MyGratefulSelf
MyGratefulSelf is online gratitude intervention to help promote well-being in young adults with advanced cancer. The program focuses on the psychological well-being, mindful observation, gratitude, psychological affect, and emotional experience of the participant.
