CHT cGMP has six cell therapy suites ready for use, are outfitted with BSL2, bench top centrifuge, inverted microscope, and some suits are outfitted with incubators. In addition, some rooms have one, two or more of the listed instruments.
- Delivers an automated, controlled expansion environment for the growth of cell products.
- The XP-300 provides a CBC with 8 reportable parameters and 3-part WBC Differential.
- Efficient systems for harvesting a large number of cells (>100 billion).
- The Elutra system uses counter-flow centrifugal elutriation to separate the different cell types.
- Offers a flexible, closed, and automated platform with the capability to manufacture various cell types on a single device and within a single process setup.
