Investigational Drug Services
Does your study involve the administration of investigational drug(s)?
Investigational Drug Services (IDS), a service provided by the Medical Center Pharmacy, supports clinical drug research conducted at the University of Virginia. All inpatient studies that use investigational drugs are required by policy to utilize the Investigational Drug Service. It is encouraged, but optional, for outpatient studies to utilize the IDS.
