Does your trial have an outside sponsor?
The Office of Grants and Contracts assists clinical research teams with the negotiation of terms and conditions for clinical trial contracts (Clinical Trial Agreements). A fully executed contract is required before any study procedures can be initiated. Clinical trial contracts are legally binding agreements and therefore can only be negotiated and signed by authorized University officials.
