High-resolution imaging in live tissues- some examples

Salivary gland of a live, anesthetized mouse expressing LifeAct-GFP as a marker for F-actin. Secretory vesicles become coated with F-actin as they fuse to the apical plasma membrane during exocytosis. A macrophage is also seen doing its job!
