Now that all University IT systems are back up and running, we encourage you to reset your ESERVICES passwords and test your access to systems according to the instructions sent out by ITS. If you encounter any problems, please consider the following options for School of Medicine IT support
- A mobile help desk has been established in front of the Health Sciences Library to assist with issues related to this incident in person; it will be open from 8:00am to 8:00pm daily (including weekends) until further notice.
- For support over the phone, please call Desktop Support at 434-924-5334.
- To open a work order related to this incident, please use MyHit or e-mail email@example.com.
- HSTS login and email accounts were not affected; and, therefore, HSTS Passwords will not need to be reset as a response to this incident.
