CV for P&T

Your CV, along with your personal statement and list of referees, are due to your department in May. Please check with your department for their specific deadline.

• You must use this file format. We also have this file available with fillable tables in the same format. CVs submitted in other formats will not be accepted. Please note that the highlighted sections are updates from the previous file version; you will remove these highlights before submitting your CV.
• Do not report impact factors for journals in which you publish. Do not report your H-index. Neither of these should be in your promotion materials.
• The date of the most recent revision and page numbers should be included as a head or footer.
• Publications and other extensive lists should be numbered.
