Visiting Rotations

This process applies to GME Trainees actively enrolled in a training program outside of UVA.

Step 1

The UVA Program Coordinator must submit the GME Visiting Trainee Form at least 60 days before the rotation start date.

Step 2

Once approved, the trainee and UVA program coordinator will receive a copy of the completed DocuSign application. A New Innovations profile will be created for the visitor, and both the visitor and coordinator will receive an email with the checklist and login information about 30 days before the rotation begins.
